Conferences ECUCAMP Poverty Statement

The 2009 & 2010  EcuCamps include -

A high school camp and a reunion/college student camp.

Dec. 2009...  High School EcuCamp

Spring 2010... Alumni/College EcuCamp

  

Okay, but what is with this name “EcuCamp”??? Ecu in EcuCamp comes from a Greek word. The English word we use is Ecumenical. Not a word likely heard in the school cafeteria, but it is a word used by groups all over the world to identify the concept of Christian unity, our oneness with all other Christians through God’s gift of Jesus Christ. Ecumenism means striving to break down those human-made barriers that separate Christians from one another. During EcuCamp you will grow with other young leaders from other traditions. Together, you can lead the body of Christ to places our predecessors saw only in dreams.
